My passion in life is helping people improve their health, happiness and wellbeing - I love to see my clients and students leave a session or class
looking happy, refreshed and relaxed.
I specialise in helping people deal with trauma, pain and anxiety as these are challenges I have personally faced myself.
I feel grateful to be able to use my knowledge and skills to help people face these particular challenges or just to feel happier and more well in themselves.
